Shipping and delivery
We offer fast, affordable, flat-rate delivery on every single order. Because of our innovative modular design, which fits all of our furniture into standard shipping boxes, we’re able to ship things straight to your door using normal delivery networks like UPS. This makes things a lot more efficient than other furniture retailers, who rely on expensive special freight providers.
Orders over $1000 cost $69, orders between $500 and $1000 cost $49, orders between $100 and $500 cost $39, and anything less than $100 ships free.
How long will it take?
We’ve always prided ourselves on some of the fastest delivery timelines in the business. We encourage you to check the shipping estimate for the product in question, which can be found right under the “Add to Cart” button on any given product page. You can also take a look at our Ready to Ship section, which has everything that’s in stock and will arrive within four weeks.

Wondering how many boxes to expect? Generally, you’ll receive one more box than the number of seats you ordered, plus additional boxes for pieces like an ottoman or chaise. So if you ordered a standard 3-seat sofa with an ottoman, you’ll get 5 boxes. Each box weighs around 40 pounds and fits through just about any door.

Our simple and intuitive Range Collection ships directly from our warehouse to your door.
Wondering how many boxes to expect? Generally, you’ll receive one box for each seat, plus additional boxes for pieces like an ottoman or table. All orders will ship with a separate leg box, too. Each seat box weighs around 40 pounds and fits through just about any door. All other boxes weigh between 10 and 20 pounds each.

You’ll receive 1-2 boxes for each table.

Delivery details for rugs and rug pads
Our rugs and rug pads ship from our warehouse in New Jersey.
Your rug will arrive rolled up in protective packaging. It might take some time to lie completely flat.

Your credenza or bench will arrive in 1-2 boxes, and just like our modular seating system, it’s easy to set up in just a few minutes without any tools.

Details on backordered items
Sometimes, our most popular styles are temporarily backordered. Which is super flattering for us, but understandably inconvenient for you. If you place an order that includes a backordered item, we’ll send the backordered item once it’s back in stock.

Delivery details for the Lyric Mattress
The Lyric Mattress arrives in a single box and will be wrapped in plastic and vacuum-sealed. Once unwrapped, it will take at least 3 hours to expand and up to 36 hours to reach the intended firmness.

We’ve partnered with SIJO, an award-winning bedding brand, to offer an assortment of sheets, pillow inserts, duvet covers, duvet inserts, and mattress protectors. Sheets and duvets are available in standard Full, Queen, & King sizes.
Delivery details for Vesper Lounge Chair
The Vesper lounge chair arrives in a single box, and the ottoman, if you ordered one, will arrive in a separate box.
Are trade & commercial orders shipped the same as normal orders?
Large orders for trade & commercial accounts are handled differently from normal residential orders. They may take longer to ship, depending on the size of the order, the variety of products, and where in the country they're being delivered. For the most accurate delivery estimate, get in touch with your Trade Program Representative.
