Great sectional lousy shipping
The sectional is great. Easy to assemble and looks great. Very comfy. Shipping was a nightmare. Got two boxes within a few days but was still missing the rest. No UPS info or idea of how many more were coming if at all Shop said order complete. Finally support responded and remaining boxes showed up a week later

Nice ottoman
The Mercer ottoman from Burrow is very nice. Fabric feels good and color is great. Easy to assemble, just four brackets and legs that screw in. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to use the ottoman since its delivery. I ordered a 3 seat sofa that goes along with the ottoman but 9 weeks later and I’m still waiting for a ship date for that. Furniture shouldn’t take this long for a company that claims it has in stock supply and fast delivery. If I had known I probably wouldn’t have ordered. Also, funny how my credit card was charge for full payment before shipping the product, most companies don’t until the product is ACTUALLY shipped. So in all, nice ottoman, lousy service from Burrow though.
